Simple JavaScript Select Menu

This is our test page for a simple JavaScript and css driven select menu replacement. It was developed to allow for better javascript program integration and control. Differences between browser implementations of 'select menus' as seen by javascript can cause the need for many program 'hacks', which we are trying to eliminate.
